We require a non-refundable £150 deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before the holiday start date. We are happy to hold the cottage for 3 working days for the deposit payment to reach us by bank transfer or cheque. Should you need to cancel for any reason, then the booking date may be altered once, if notified 6 weeks before the original holiday start date.
If you have to cancel within 6 weeks of the holiday start date and we are able to re-let the accommodation then we are happy to refund you (less any difference should we have to re-let at a reduced rent due to the short notice).
If any cheque is returned by the bank then the charges will be passed to you.
In the extremely unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, then you will be refunded in full and we will try to assist you in identifying alternative accommodation.
Our standard check in times is 3pm on the date of arrival and check out 11 am on the date of departure.
2 well behaved dogs are welcome upon prior arrangement. There is a small charge of £20 per week. We would request that dogs are not permitted on the furniture and do not go upstairs. We have provided a stair gate to assist with this. Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage unless in a cage.
The use of the property and facilities is entirely at your own risk.
Breakages/spillages – We would be grateful if you would report any breakages and spillages so that we can take care of them.
If you have any problems with the accommodation or if you have a complaint, then contact the phone number on the information sheet. We are unable to investigate or act on complaints once the holiday has been completed.
